We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Family Law Lawyer with 2 to 10+ years of experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Family Law Lawyer you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

Provide expert legal advice and representation in all areas of family law, including divorce, parenting arrangements, property and financial settlements.

Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring timely and effective resolution of cases.

Conduct regular legal research and stay up to date on changes in family law legislation and case law.

Draft and review legal documents, including affidavits, agreements, and court applications.

Represent clients in court and formal dispute resolution, advocating for their best interests.

Maintain strong client relationships, providing clear communication and support throughout the legal process.

Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement legal strategies that align with our holistic approach.

Qualifications & Experience

To be considered for this position, you will need to have:

Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Admission to practice law in New South Wales.

2 to 10+ years of experience in family law.

Commitment to providing empathetic and client-centered legal services.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
