Robert Half is partnering with a well-regarded organisation in the Eastern Suburbs who are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join their finance team on a 4-month contract. The Role

You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate management of the receivables function.
Your day-to-day will involve:

• Managing the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, receipting, and reconciliations.
• Following up on outstanding accounts and liaising with customers to resolve queries.
• Assisting with debt collection in line with company policies.
• Preparing debtor reports and supporting month-end processes.
• Working closely with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Your Profile

To be successful, you will bring prior experience in a similar Accounts Receivable role, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You'll be confident working in a fast-paced environment, comfortable managing competing priorities, and proactive in building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Experience with large ERP systems will be highly regarded.
