Your new role

As a Rates Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting our finance team by:

• Assisting with the administration of rates and charges
  
• Responding to ratepayer enquiries with professionalism and care
  
• Processing payments, adjustments, and reconciliations
  
• Maintaining accurate records and contributing to end-of-period reporting
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in rates, finance, or local government administration
  
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
