Robert Half is partnering with a leading organisation based in West Perth to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable Officer for a 5-month contract.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to step into a busy and supportive finance team, with an immediate start available.

The Role

Reporting into the Finance Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• End-to-end accounts payable processing
• Managing supplier invoices, purchase orders and payments
• Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies
• Handling supplier queries in a professional and timely manner
• Assisting with month-end reporting and process improvements where required

Your Profile

We are seeking an adaptable and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will bring:

• Previous experience in accounts payable roles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
• Availability for an immediate start
