Beaumont is excited to be working with a leading organisation in the not-for-profit sector as they look to welcome an Accounts Officer to their team on a part-time, temporary basis.
Accounts Officer:
You will ensure the accurate and effective preparation and coordination of activities relating to payroll, and effectively execute financial processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, income reconciliations and bank reconciliations.
As the Accounts Officer you will contribute as part of the finance team to complete duties with a high attention to detail and effectively communicate results back to the team in a timely manner.
You should have experience with Excel and payroll reporting.
About you:
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Well-developed communication skills
- MS Word, Excel & Outlook experience
- Foundational knowledge of financial and accounting concepts
- Not-for-profit experience is desirable.
About the role:
- Part time – 15 hours per week
- Temporary assignment – 3-6 month initial contract
- Fully remote – must be based in NSW
- Immediate commencement
