Assistant Accountant - Immediate Start (Bullcreek)

We're looking for an Assistant Accountant to step into a 4-month contract with a well-regarded organisation, based in Bullcreek. If you're confident with financial management and ready to get started straight away, this could be the role for you.

What you'll be doing

Financial support

• Work closely with the Manager, Financial Operations to meet all financial requirements
• Assist with budgets, forecasts and reporting
• Monitor spend against budget and provide insights

Accounts support

• Support Business and Finance Officers with accounts payable and receivable
• Manage employee contract paperwork for non-medical staff

What we're looking for

• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Ability to handle deadlines and competing priorities
• Detail-focused, independent and adaptable
• Advanced Excel skills are a must
