What you'll be doing

• Supporting the entire employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding through to offboarding.
• Writing job ads and helping to attract top talent for both retail and head office teams.
• Coordinating interviews and ensuring candidates have an amazing experience that reflects our values.
• Assisting with performance management and HR administration.
• Keeping HR systems and employee data accurate and up-to-date.
• Supporting payroll, compliance, and workplace health and safety across head office and retail stores.
• Helping deliver culture and engagement initiatives—think events, team activities, and wellbeing programs.

What we're looking for

• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• Knowledge of HR policies, Awards, and legislation.
• Familiarity with HR software and systems.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities with urgency and a smile.
• Retail HR experience is highly desirable (but not essential).
