As we continue to grow, we're in search of a HR Officer to join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Overseeing daily HR end-to-end operations, ensuring the overall HR department functions smoothly and effectively

· Overseeing along with the relevant Department Manager, all hiring and onboarding processes, preparing job descriptions, contractual terms and conditions of employment

· Observing labour laws and employment legislation across the entire company

· Analysing and interpreting data to create reports

· Managing payroll and C&B related processes

· Managing employee relations, including facilitating mediation of disputes

· Support performance reviews and staff development

· Analysing staffing needs to determine training and development requirements

· Tracking and managing employee related records

· Dealing with employment legislation and legal issues related to job applications and other HR-related queries

· Ensure compliance with WorkSafe, OHS, Fair Work, and employment legislation

· Performing other HR-related administrative tasks include maintaining internal HR databases

About you :

· Strong HR knowledge including employment contracts, compliance and employment law

· Experience in recruitment, HR administration, and performance management.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Be able to work under pressure with deadlines in a dynamic environment

· Organised, approachable, and collaborative

· Have a good level of Ms. Office/Canva skills

· Have strong time management skills

· Be good at multitasking and responding to requests from various business departments

· Automotive Industry related experience desirable
