The Role

Continually looking to shape the urban landscape, our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Interior Designer to sit in their development team, uphold their impressive brand and ensure excellence in design and project delivery.

Your main areas of responsibility will be;

• Reviewing and refining interior design direction across all projects to ensure alignment with brand vision, quality standards and cost plan
• Managing material and finish selections in collaboration with external consultants
• Working closely with internal teams - Development, Construction, Sales & Marketing - to ensure cohesive design outcomes
• Presenting concepts and documentation to internal stakeholders for review and approvals
• Selecting quality finishes and fixtures that preserve design intent without compromising budget
• Reviewing shop drawings and milestone documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency with
• design brief
• Researching and staying informed on new products, building codes, and best-practice construction methods
• Continuously reviewing and challenging internal design guidelines to ensure they remain current, relevant, and industry-leading
• Using internal guidelines as a benchmark to assess design documentation and ensure all deliverables meet internal standards of quality and value
• Collaborating on marketing outputs, including render and plan reviews
• Providing finish selections and styling advice to align with project positioning and purchaser expectations
• Managing procurement of furniture and décor for completed projects

About You

As the Senior Interior Designer, you will have;

• A strong passion for architecture, interior design, and placemaking
• A refined, practical design sensibility with a high attention to detail
• A Bachelor of Interior Design or Similar
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience as a Interiors project lead in residential or multi-residential projects
• Project experience, with strength in documentation and delivery
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A Highly organised method of work, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
