We’re looking for a proven BDM with both the engineering credibility and SaaS sales discipline to engage executives, challenge their thinking, and package software, services, and training into complete, high-value outcomes.

What you’ll be doing
Hunting down new business and opening doors with C-level executives and engineering leaders
Driving complex CAD / SaaS sales cycles end-to-end
Running 6+ quality customer meetings every week
Building, qualifying, and closing a strong pipeline (3.5x coverage expected)
Delivering accurate forecasts and smashing revenue targets
What we’re looking for
Degree in Engineering, Business, or similar (preferred)
5+ years’ experience in CAD / SaaS / Professional Services sales
Proven track record of consistent quota attainment in BDM or enterprise sales roles
Strong grasp of sales methodologies (Challenger, MEDDPICC, SPIN, etc.)
Knowledge of CAD, design, PLM, or ERP solutions a major advantage
A true self-starter: driven, disciplined, and accountable
