Are you ready to get off the tools? Want to trade a hot workshop for an air-conditioned office? Maybe you're already someone experienced in sales/admin and want to work a job that crosses over with your weekend passion?

Listen either way, we're looking for a sales/admin staff member to join our close-nit team. We need someone to man the phones, inbox and the website enquiries and talk 4x4's, exhausts, snorkels and airbox's.

Yeah ok, but what is Fabulous Fabrications?

What started with humble beginnings as your local Fabrication workshop, Fabulous Fab and its now team of 12, have taken on an identity as one of the world's leading 4x4 snorkel, airbox & exhaust manufacturers.

Now exporting an array of products to a growing international market and with our range of products growing monthly, we are constantly expanding our audience and thus, our number of enquiries.

What we need ideally:

We need another face of Fabulous, the voice at the other end of the phone, the person behind the email signature, the welcoming handshake in our showroom, we need help managing enquiries, existing customers & the occasional wholesaler.

This means manning the phone to either talk customers through our products, or take messages with enough details that we could recreate their day. It means inevitably updating people on the status of their orders, their change of minds, or simply being a listening ear to their story about their last trip. We want to foster & maintain relationships with our customers & wholesalers and provide excellent customer service.

The position outline:

Managing incoming enquiries, either phone, email or in person, with a confident & friendly personality

Managing customer installation booking dates and liaising with manufacturing regarding timelines

Some basic administration tasks, that means invoicing, filing, handling payments etc

Sales! Whilst this position will not have any sales related KPI's, we want to actively pursue incoming enquiries or possibilities that are identified across our digital presence.

Dynamic - what's that even mean? It means no two days at Fabulous is the same, on any one day we can be filming weird socials content or arranging international shipping of a significant amount of stock. Brainstorming our next marketing angle or doing an emu parade, we want some one who is happy and thrives in this sort of environment.

What You’ll Need:

A sound interest and understanding of 4x4's makes & models is beneficial, but a sound mechanical understanding is even more so.

A positive, outgoing and confident attitude. We want you to feel comfortable with customers when talking about our products!

A basic understanding of spreadsheets, and a willingness to learn some straight forward administrative tasks on the computer.

An eye for detail! We handle so many enquiries, touch so many orders that we need to be particularly particular with how we manage everything! Dot your i's and cross your t's!
