The Role

We promoted our team member, so now we’re looking for a Sales Administrator to be the rock for our Business Development team. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, you will:

support the Sales business area with all incoming queries.

coordinate the sales process, from enquiry to CMS (Salesforce) to proposal to job.

ensure Salesforce records are up to date.

assist with the preparation of tenders, proposals and letters of offer.

liaise with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.

undertake other general administration tasks to support the sales and marketing teams.

About You:

You will have:

Exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent organisation and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work well in a team environment.

Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Previous Salesforce experience would be advantageous.

Previous sales administration experience would be highly regarded.
