Now we're looking for a Sales Support team member: someone organised, detail-driven, and proactive who can help us deliver a seamless client experience while keeping our growing sales team on track.

What's the Role?
This is an in-office role where you'll be the link that keeps everything moving - connecting clients, our Sales team, and the rest of the business so information flows, details are right, and nothing slips through the cracks.

You’ll also have the opportunity to help shape the processes and define the role as we grow. This is a dynamic, changing environment - perfect for someone who can bring order and calm while keeping things moving forward.

What you'll be doing:
• Preparing quotes, proposals, and sales materials - including accurate pricing analysis
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales reporting so the team always has the right info
• Supporting client onboarding and vendor portal setup, making sure details are correct from the start
• Coordinating between Sales, Workshop, Procurement and Marketing so projects run smoothly
• Helping plan and deliver trade shows, networking functions, and client-facing events
• Tracking client enquiries and making sure they’re directed and resolved quickly
• Mapping markets to identify opportunities and trends
• Analysing customer feedback and sales data to support smarter decisions and continuous improvement

Who you are:
✔ Organised, detail-driven, and comfortable bringing structure to moving parts
✔ A clear communicator who enjoys working with different teams and clients
✔ Proactive and dependable - you like to keep things moving and get results
✔ Positive, customer-focused, and steady under pressure

You'll bring:
• Experience in sales support, administration, or customer service
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and confidence with CRM systems
• Solid numerical and analytical ability - comfortable with pricing, data, and reporting
• The ability to juggle competing priorities and deadlines without losing accuracy
• Bonus points for exposure to mining, industrial, or heavy equipment sectors (not essential)
