My client is a well-established and well respect national company that has been leading the supply of geosynthetics and erosion control products across Australia. The company is renowned for their leading products which range from Geotextile, Drainage Systems, Lining Systems and Erosion Control equipment. As they can provide a complete end to end solution for their clients, the business has become one of the prominent suppliers of turnkey capability in this industry.

The business has built its relationships with leading global manufacturers and has worked very hard to provide the market with the best product lines in the industry.

The Role

The business is currently in the process of an internal promotion, which is opening a full time permanent position for a solutions focused and motivated Business Development Manager to look after a busy and large Sydney/NSW territory. Within your territory, you will focus within markets such as Civil Construction, Landscaping, Coastal and Major Industry Sectors like Stadiums etc. Using your pre existing product knowledge and industry knowledge, you will work closely with your client to provide turn key solutions and also consistently search for new business.

About You

As an experienced technical Business development Manager who thrives in providing technical solution based sales, you will have current experience working within geosynthetics and/or commercial drainage. You will be highly detail orientated and be able to provide long term solution sales. The ability to work across a larger team and to travel from time to time is also required.

We are also looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about the industry and gets a genuine thrill out of hunting new business but also providing a solution sale that actually has an impact.

On Offer

Base salary of $115k - $130k

Super at 12%
