The Role

We’re seeking a Social Media Manager & Content Specialist to take ownership of NovoPsych’s social media channels. This is a creative and hands-on role for someone who developing stories through video, graphics, and copy, and who knows how to grow audiences organically.

You’ll work across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Meta, Reddit, and LinkedIn - positioning our existing educational content to reach clinicians and the broader mental health community. You’ll repurpose our library of content into engaging posts, videos, and ads, while experimenting with formats that drive organic growth.

The role is part-time to full-time (30–38 hours per week), with flexible hours and the option to work fully remote - so you can fit your work around your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow NovoPsych’s presence across TikTok, Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and YouTube.

Edit and repurpose video content (doesn’t need to be studio-level, but polished, engaging, and fit for platform).

Convert our library of educational content into engaging social posts and ads.

Position and optimise our YouTube content for organic reach and subscriber growth.

Plan and schedule content across channels, ensuring brand voice and messaging are consistent.

Explore and test new trends, formats, and channels to expand reach.

Experience with paid social campaigns to amplify reach and conversions.

(Desirable but not essential) experience with paid search campaigns

About You

We’re looking for a creative self-starter who knows how to take content and make it shine on social platforms. You’ve ideally grown social channels before and have a knack for engaging communities with educational or professional content.

Essential skills & experience:

Experience managing and growing social media channels (show us accounts you’ve grown).

Solid video editing skills (professional studio skills not required, but confident editing for TikTok, Reels, YouTube).

Strong written communication and copywriting ability.

Ability to repurpose and repackage long-form content into short, engaging social formats.

Understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and best practices.

Nice to have:

Experience running or supporting paid social campaigns.

Background in SaaS, healthcare, or B2B marketing.

Design skills for graphics and simple animations.
