We're seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Content Creator & Manager to join our team and help shape our digital narrative. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy across key platforms for both our business and selected team members, to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate quality leads.

What you'll be doing

Manage and optimise all of our social media accounts (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube) to increase followers, engagement, and conversions

Collaborate directly with our sales team to understand their content needs

Attend property opens and auctions to capture high-quality photos and videos

Create engaging visual content that tells the story of each property and our brand

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to enhance property sales, service offerings, company news and team profiles, and results.

Monitor social media performance and provide regular analytics reports to inform strategy practices

Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to ensure our approach remains effective and innovative

Collaborate with the sales and leasing team in both residential and commercial departments to integrate social media into the overall marketing mix

What we're looking for

Proven experience in social media content creation and management

A creative mindset and strong storytelling skills

Strong photography and videography skills with own equipment preferred

Excellent understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and marketing best practices

Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva)

Ability to analyse data and use insights to optimise social media performance

Knowledge of SEO and digital advertising strategies is a plus

Ability to work independently while being part of our team

Flexibility to attend weekend opens and evening auctions as required

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Passion for the property industry and staying up-to-date with market trends

What we offer

Up to 12-14 hours per week- across 2-3 days on an hourly rate to be discussed based on experience)
