But we’re more than just products. We’re a brand built on purpose, storytelling, and innovation. Alongside our product ecosystem, we also produce A Double Life a podcast sharing raw, unfiltered stories of parents doing extraordinary things.

The Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to lead daily execution of content and community strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. You’ll create, film, edit, and post content that drives growth and embodies our brand values: education, innovation, purpose, and community.

While you’ll also have touch points on A Double Life podcast (capturing BTS moments and repurposing clips), this role is first and foremost focused on MEKE Baby’s product ecosystem including our hero warmers, the new Go-Box, and upcoming innovations.

This is an in-house role at our East Keilor office, with some flexibility for remote work.

What You’ll Do

Content Creation & Posting

Film, edit, and post content daily across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook

Create trend-driven, educational, and engaging short-form videos

Repurpose UGC, founder content, and product demos into reels & posts

Support digital ad creatives in collaboration with Marketing Lead & agency

Community Management

Manage DMs, comments, tags, and mentions daily

Proactively engage with the parenting and lifestyle community

Spot and execute engagement moments (polls, giveaways, collabs)

Growth & Optimisation

Track and report on performance across all platforms

Adapt trends and formats to fit our niche (parenting & lifestyle)

Test and learn: refine style, hooks, and formats based on results

Podcast Support (Secondary)

Capture behind-the-scenes moments at A Double Life recordings

Repurpose podcast clips into engaging reels and social teasers

Support light integration of podcast storytelling into MEKE Baby’s channels

You’ll Be Perfect If You’re

A natural content creator quick with filming, editing, and trend-spotting

Obsessed with TikTok/IG culture and always ahead of what’s trending

Passionate about storytelling and creating content that connects

Organised, proactive, and happy working both independently and in a small team

Excited to be hands-on in-house and part of our day-to-day brand building

Requirements

2+ years experience in social media management or content creation

Strong video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or similar)

Proven ability to grow TikTok/Instagram audiences

Confidence running end-to-end content calendars

Comfortable in front of the camera

Bonus: familiarity with e-commerce, Shopify, or parenting/lifestyle brands
