About your new role:

We’re seeking a creative and digitally-savvy Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our tight knit Marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes content, is highly organised, and thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

Working closely with our Marketing and Communications Manager and Digital Graphic Designer, you will bring our brand stories to life across digital platforms — from reels and campaigns to community engagement and clinic promotions.

This role is based at our beautiful Jolimont Road clinic, with hybrid flexibility (up to 1 WFH day per week). We welcome applicants interested in full-time or part-time arrangements.

What will you be doing?

Plan, implement and optimise digital campaigns across paid and organic channels

Own and manage the social media content calendar (copywriting, content creation, scheduling)

Create engaging on-brand content including posts, stories, reels and videos

Coordinate with photographers, designers, and external content creators

Monitor and engage with our online community (comments, DMs, tags)

Update and maintain website content on WordPress

Support the creation of digital and print collateral for all No. 1 brands (Fertility, Skin, Women’s Health)

Collaborate with the team to promote and cover events (pre, during, and post-event content)

Track performance using Google Analytics, AdWords, Meta Insights

Coordinate interns and provide mentorship

What are we looking for?

Qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related field (Graphic Design or Digital Marketing desirable)

Proven experience in social media content creation, community engagement and digital campaigns

Proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and tools like Canva, WordPress, and Later

Strong time management and attention to detail

Understanding of SEO, SEM, and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or similar)

Ability to analyse metrics and report on campaign performance

Comfortable working independently and collaborating across teams

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Most importantly, creativity and enthusiasm for women's health and wellness
