Social Media Content Creator

Clinica Lase is seeking a talented and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our team two days a week (preferably Wednesday & Thursday/Friday). If you’re passionate about storytelling, aesthetics, and bringing a brand to life across digital platforms, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Plan, shoot, and edit weekly brand content, including Reels, Stories, and behind-the-scenes footage for organic and paid platforms.

Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with launches, campaigns, and brand milestones.

Write engaging, SEO-friendly copy for captions, EDMs, and blogs that reflect Clinica Lase’s voice.

Monitor and respond to community engagement, fostering meaningful client connections.

Report fortnightly on content performance and provide insights to optimise growth and engagement.

Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue through social content.

Support ad-hoc marketing initiatives and cross-functional projects as required.

Report directly to our Marketing Manager and collaborate closely on strategy and execution.

Travel occasionally to our Ballarat location for shoots, events, or campaign requirements.

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years’ experience in social media, content creation, or a similar digital role.

Proven ability to film, edit, and produce content across formats and platforms.

Experience with Facebook Business Manager and Google Analytics.

Proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut or Premiere Pro.

Strong writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone for social, email, and blog content.

Highly organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities.

A creative eye for detail, styling, and brand-aligned aesthetics.

Up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities.

Bonus: EDM planning or graphic design experience.
