About the Role:

As a Technical Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for all sales inquiries, managing relationships and driving growth across our various channels. You'll engage with customers through phone, email, and social media, guiding them through the sales process from initial inquiry to final purchase. This role is perfect for a tech-savvy individual who enjoys problem-solving and has a passion for high-performance products.

Key responsibilities include:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and retail partners.

Managing sales inquiries and providing expert product advice via phone, email, and social media.

Assisting with technical questions, including warranty, repairs, and general maintenance.

Onboarding new retailers and supporting existing ones to expand our distribution network.

Monitoring orders to ensure smooth and accurate delivery of products and spare parts.

Conducting regular follow-ups to encourage repeat business and identify new sales opportunities.

About you:

We’re looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude and an approachable, warm personality who is eager to learn and grow with our team. While previous experience in the bicycle industry is preferred, it is not essential. You’ll excel in this role if:
