The role
Based in our Melbourne Office, you will be involved in the sales process from initial inquiry to delivery, working as a part of a successful, performance and client focused team with willing culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering high level of customer service
Handling incoming technical sales enquiries
Assisting with product selection
Providing quotations and processing sales orders
Supporting internal and external sales teams
Offering technical advice about our product range
Work with other departments, management and staff
About you
Technical sales experience with mechanical or electromechanical industrial products would be highly regarded
Understanding of SAP/R3 and CRM would be highly regarded
Ability to work effectively as a team player as well as independently
Commitment to customer service
Willing to learn and improve your skills in a stable and secure setting
Able to juggle multiple priorities and enjoy working in a fast paced setting
Good verbal and written communication skills including a pleasant and professional telephone manner
PC skills and strong numeracy including proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel)
