The Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused After Sales Support Officer to join our growing team. This role is key to ensuring our distributors and end customers receive outstanding support after purchase. You’ll be the first point of contact for warranty enquiries, troubleshooting, spare parts, and technical assistance.

Key Responsibilities

Handle after sales enquiries via phone, email, and in person.

Provide technical troubleshooting and product support for our pump range.

Manage warranty claims, service requests, and returns.

Coordinate spare parts orders and maintain accurate records.

Liaise with internal teams (sales, warehouse, technical) to resolve customer issues.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and service agents.

Contribute to continual improvement of after sales processes.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in after sales, customer service, or technical support (wholesale, trade, or manufacturing industry preferred).

Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach.

Ability to interpret technical information (experience with pumps or mechanical equipment highly regarded).

Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Computer literacy (CRM, ERP, or Salesforce experience a bonus).
