Hastings Financial is a boutique Financial Planning business located in East Brisbane. We have been operating for over 30 years and pride ourselves on providing a high standard of customer service to our clients.
The Role
As a key member of our team, you will provide essential support to both our team and clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing client correspondence including emails and phone inquiries
Greeting clients and tea and coffee making
Preparation of client review paperwork
Maintain and update client records in our CRM system
Assist in scheduling client appointments
Managing client tasks such as withdrawals, switches, change of address and changes to insurance cover
Administration support and general office duties
About you
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills:
Previous administrative experience is essential
Experience as a CSO is desirable
Intermediate Level experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, outgoing personality
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a team
