About the role

We are seeking a Client Service Officer with some financial planning experience to join our growing financial planning team in our Brisbane office. This full-time role will see you providing exceptional client service and supporting our financial advisors in delivering holistic financial guidance to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Developing strong, trusted relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service

Assisting financial advisors in preparing comprehensive financial plans and facilitating client meetings

Maintaining client files and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date

Processing client transactions in a timely and efficient manner

Responding to client enquiries and addressing any concerns promptly

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to support the delivery of financial services

Providing administrative support to the wider financial planning team as required

What we're looking for

Experience working as a CSO in a financial planning practice

Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Proficient in using financial software and computer systems

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of financial planning concepts and regulations
