We are seeking an experienced Client Services Officer to join our team.

Key Requirements

2+ years of financial planning industry experience

Experience with XPLAN (not necessary but highly desirable)

Strong knowledge of Life insurance products and financial planning principles

Organised, detail orientated with strong time management skills

Self-motivated, very high attention to detail, ability to prioritise workflow and able to work autonomously

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Key Responsibilities

Your primary role will be to work closely with our Financial Advisers to provide excellent ongoing customer service and administrative support

Implementation of Statement of Advice / Record of Advice insurance recommendations

Submission of insurance applications via scheduled phone appointments with clients

Communicating with clients to keep them up to date with the insurance implementation process and follow up required information

Liaising with insurance and superannuation providers to support our clients through their insurance review/implementation process

Management of insurance claims for our clients
