What You'll Be Doing:

Engaging with customers over the phone to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

Turning enquiries into revenue through smart, consultative selling.

Building long-term account value through trust, accuracy, and follow-through.

Spotting opportunities to grow accounts and deepen relationships.

This role is sales-first, so you'll be consistently working towards individual sales KPIs and making outbound calls to follow up on quotes, re-engage dormant accounts, and promote new products. You'll also manage orders and liaise with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
