Job Responsibilities:

Lifting and Hoisting: Help with lifting and moving materials and components safely.

Scaffolding: Assist in setting up and taking down scaffolding according to project needs, ensuring a safe workspace for everyone.

Concrete Work: Participate in mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete to ensure stable structures.

Bricklaying: Handle brickwork and roof tile installation, making sure everything is done correctly.

Carpentry: Work on building frames, wooden structures, and installing doors and windows.

Tiling: Lay and finish tiles on floors and walls, ensuring a neat and level surface.

Countertop Installation: Cut, polish, and install countertops as per project designs.

Outdoor Paving and Landscaping: Assist in paving outdoor areas and landscaping to enhance project appearances.

Fencing: Help with installing fences and safety barriers to secure the work area.

Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep the worksite and surrounding areas clean by removing debris and waste regularly.

Job Requirements:

Some experience in construction is preferred; ability to handle various tasks is essential.

Flexibility to adjust work tasks based on project timelines.

Physically fit to handle the demands of the job.

Previous experience in scaffolding, lifting, or carpentry is a plus.

Ability to speak Chinese is preferred.
