Rental Compliance Coordinator – Remote (Full-time & Part-time Available)
Are you highly organised, customer-focused, and ready to join a dynamic team supporting the property rental sector? We are seeking a Rental Compliance Coordinator to help streamline our operations and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
Manage emails and client communications with top-notch customer service
Book and schedule multiple trades and services across the Melbourne metro area
Coordinate between clients, tenants, and service providers
Assist in maintaining compliance across rental properties
Perform general administrative and scheduling tasks
About You:
Strong communication skills and a passion for excellent customer service
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with the Melbourne metro area (highly regarded)
Previous property management experience is a bonus but not required
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Must have your own laptop or computer
