About the role
We are seeking a full-time Retail Team Member to join our busy store in Ellenbrook, WA. As a Retail Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store presentation standards, and assisting with daily store operations. This is a full-time role.

What you'll be doing

Providing excellent customer service and building positive relationships with customers

Assisting customers with product selection, answering queries, and processing sales transactions

Maintaining high standards of store presentation, including restocking shelves, cleaning, and merchandising displays

Helping with the daily operations of the store, such as receiving deliveries, inventory management, and cash handling

Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of store presentation

Good numeracy skills and the ability to handle cash and inventory accurately

A team player who is willing to contribute to the overall success of the store
