Exclusive Construction Machinery and Equipment Pty Ltd (ECME) is a civil construction company specialising in civil subdivision works. Our projects range from small multi-unit strata subdivisions to larger green title subdivisions within the Perth metropolitan area. We also do demolitions and miscellaneous earthmoving activities.

We are currently seeking an Experienced Concrete Worker to join our team.

Role Overview:

As an experienced concrete worker, you will be responsible for concrete placement, leveling, plastering and restoration work on commercial/residential projects. Must be proficient in all kinds of concrete technology, can independently operate professional equipment and guide the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Concrete Placement & Finishing: Pour, screed, trowel, and finish concrete surfaces (slabs, driveways, footpaths).

Formwork & Reinforcement: Assist with setting up formwork and steel reinforcement as required.

Quality Control: Ensure smooth, level finishes with minimal imperfections.

Safety Compliance: Follow strict WHS guidelines and company protocols.

Team Leadership: Guide and train junior labourers in proper techniques.

Key Tasks:

Finish concrete to specified tolerances (trowel,exposed aggregate, or polished finishes).

Operate power tools (vibrators, trowelling machines, saws).

Repair and patch damaged concrete surfaces.

Skills and Experience:

Essential:

3+ years of concrete finishing experience.

Proficiency with hand and power tools.

Ability to read construction plans.

Desirable:

White Card (Construction Induction).

Experience with decorative concrete (broom, stamped, stencilled).

What We Offer:

Competitive Salary: $40 - $70 per hour excluding superannuation depending on experience and qualifications.
