Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily warehouse operations within your designated zone
• Coordinate shift activities and allocate tasks across team members
• Maintain accurate inventory control and investigate discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and performance KPIs
• Deliver on-the-job training and conduct team inductions
• Collaborate with management, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations

What You'll Bring:

• 2+ year's experience in warehouse team leadership
• Proven ability to supervise and support operational teams
• Strong communication skills and a professional, respectful approach
• Solid understanding of warehousing procedures and safety standards
• LF forklift licence required; LO licence highly regarded
• A can-do attitude, reliability, and a team-first mindset
