About the Roles
We currently have two (2) full-time opportunities available:

Landscaper – Join our crew to carry out day-to-day landscape and garden maintenance.

Team Leader (Vehicle Provided) – Lead a small team on-site, oversee jobs and client communication, and ensure projects are delivered safely and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out garden and landscape maintenance including mowing, pruning, hedging, planting, mulching, and general site clean-up

Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and machinery safely

Follow WHS and site safety requirements

[For Team Leader] Supervise and allocate tasks to team members

[For Team Leader] Liaise with clients, managers, and contractors to ensure smooth delivery of projects

[For Team Leader] Manage scheduling, reporting, and job quality control

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in landscaping, horticulture, or grounds maintenance

Physically fit, able to work outdoors in all weather

Reliable with a strong work ethic and pride in presentation

Current driver’s licence essential (MR licence desirable)

[For Team Leader] Previous leadership or supervisory experience

[For Team Leader] Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
