We have relationships with all Major Gas Suppliers and in high demand which means we're looking for new members to join our growing team of Labourers and Licensed LPG Cylinder Testers.

ABOUT THE ROLE

BWA National is hiring a full-time, hands-on team member for its Deer Park facility in Victoria. This role supports the safe and efficient re-filling of BBQ gas cylinders on the production line and includes leadership responsibilities when the team leader is absent.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in production tasks: sorting, cleaning, filling, loading/unloading gas cylinders

• Supervise up to 18 staff and oversee safe operations when the team leader is away

• Liaise with operations and client managers; complete admin and daily production reports

• Drive a forklift as needed and assist with rostering and basic disciplinary tasks

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

• Prior leadership experience in a production environment

• Forklift licence and physical ability to lift up to 20kg

• Strong communication, safety focus, and reliability

• Ability to work early shifts (start between 4am–6am) and complete regular overtime (standard shift hours are 6am - 2pm)

• Willingness to travel occasionally and pass random drug/alcohol testing
