We're looking for a hands-on and motivated Team Leader to join our dynamic workshop in Bulimba. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual ready to take the next step and lead a team in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

About the Role

As the Team Leader, you'll not only work on fitting vehicles with specialist components and safety equipment, but you'll also:

• 
  Lead and mentor a team of Vehicle Accessory Fitters and Electrical Technicians
• 
  Oversee daily workflow and ensure job quality and efficiency
• 
  Train new team members and support upskilling
• 
  Communicate with management to meet vehciel fit out project deadlines
• 
  Take ownership of workshop standards and safety procedures

This is a hands-on leadership role - you'll still be on the tools, but with added responsibility for guiding your team and driving performance.

What We're Looking For

• 
  Strong experience in vehicle accessory fitting or mechanical assembly
• 
  Confident using hand and power tools
• 
  Proven leadership skills or a desire to step into a team leader position
• 
  High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
• 
  Organised, self-motivated, and a clear communicator
• 
  Physically fit and ready for manual work
