We are seeking a friendly and efficient Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic team at the Rosalie Milton Clinic in Auchenflower, Queensland. As a casual Medical Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality customer service and administrative support to our patients and medical staff.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting and welcoming patients, and managing patient inquiries and appointments

Scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and managing patient records and data entry

Maintaining a professional and organised reception area

Assisting with various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the clinic

Ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and clinic policies

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar medical environment. Ideally our candidate has 1 year minimum medical experience.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and staff.

Excellent organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities

Proficient in using medical software, electronic patient records, and other relevant technology

A friendly, professional, and compassionate attitude to provide an exceptional patient experience

Attention to detail, confidential and accuracy are crucial to this role
