Central Queensland Radiology (CQR) is part of Imaging Queensland and the Integral Diagnostics Group — one of Australia’s leading providers of diagnostic imaging. With 8 clinics (including two in Gladstone), we deliver cutting-edge imaging with a compassionate, patient-first approach.
At CQR, everything we do comes back to #PatientsFirst — and that begins with you. We’re looking for a superstar Casual Medical Receptionist to join our Gladstone team across both the Gladstone Private Clinic and Gladstone Hospital sites.
This casual position will be working approximately 16 to 24 hours per week with flexibility to work more hours if required. Shifts between the hours of 6.30am and 6.00pm.
💻 What You’ll Do
Every day will be different! You’ll:
Welcome patients and manage front desk paperwork
Answer calls and book appointments with care
Explain prep instructions and Medicare rebates
Manage schedules, process payments & claims
Keep the clinic running smoothly for patients and the team
🙋 About You
We’d love you to have:
Experience in Medical, Dental, Allied Health, Hospital or Radiology reception (highly regarded)
An aptitude for medical terminology
Strong computer skills and booking system knowledge
A polished, professional approach with excellent communication skills
A welcoming nature, integrity and genuine care for patients
