About the role:

Greeting and assisting patients in a caring and professional manner

Managing appointments and phone enquiries

Billing, payments, and Medicare claims

Supporting doctors and nurses with administrative needs

General reception and office duties

What we are looking for:

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Medical Receptionist

Knowledge of medical software (Best Practice)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work well in a team and under pressure

Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail
