Remedial Leading Hand (Remedial)
Location: Projects Across NSW
Salary: $100K – $125K + Super

We are currently recruiting multiple Remedial Leading Hand roles on behalf of well-established clients in the remedial and renovation sector.

About the Role As a Remedial Leading Hand, you will work on-site leading small teams while also being hands-on. Projects include balcony rectifications, façade repairs, waterproofing, concrete repair, and general remedial or renovation works.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in remedial construction or renovations
• Minimum 1 year in remedial construction
• Good knowledge of balcony repairs, façade works, waterproofing, and structural rectification
• Carpentry trade qualification (desired)
• Strong leadership and communication skills, able to coordinate teams on-site
• Clean driver’s licence (projects across metro and regional NSW)
• Ability to work on the tools while managing site tasks
