The Role

Our client currently has an exciting opportunity for a Leading Hand with experience in Remedial Building and Waterproofing works to join their team. It is essential that you have 3 + years experience as a Leading Hand working in Remedial Building work.

Benefits

  • Great Salary: $100k to $120k + Superannuation
  • Great Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30 pm - Overtime optional, but not essential.
  • Work on interesting and challenging Remedial Building projects across the Eastern Suburbs, Sydney CBD, Inner West, North Shore, and Northern Beaches.

Requirements

  • Essential - 3 + years experience working in Remedial Building.
  • Desirable - Trade Qualified Carpenter
  • Good attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
  • A clear confident communicator that provides regular progress updates to a Site Supervisor
  • Construction White Card
  • Ability to lead and give direction and advise
  • Strong safety mindset
  • Ability to hold Tool Box / Safety Talks
  • Full Australian Working Rights
