Leading Hand – Sydney

We are seeking an experienced Leading Hand to join a reputable builder based in Sydney.

About the Role:
As a Leading Hand, you will play a key role in supporting site management and overseeing day-to-day site operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects including residential (domestic and Class 2 builds) as well as commercial projects across the Sydney region.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Leading Hand or in a similar role

Proven track record working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 builders

Strong background across residential and commercial projects

Ability to lead teams, coordinate trades, and ensure quality and safety on site

Strong communication and organisational skills
