Your Role:

• Lead and supervise site-based waterproofing works on remedial projects
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors to ensure quality delivery
• Hands-on waterproofing application, ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Mentor and guide junior team members
• Maintain strong focus on safety, workmanship, and client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• Cert III in Waterproofing (essential)
• Proven on-site experience in remedial waterproofing projects
• Ability to read and interpret drawings/plans
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate site teams
• Commitment to safety, quality, and delivering excellent results
