Key Responsibilities

Execute and enhance the overall QA strategy and test automation framework for the Time and Attendance system.

Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and developers to understand integration requirements and business use cases.

Automation Development

Design, develop, and maintain reliable, reusable test automation scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.

Implement continuous testing pipelines integrated with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps.

Functional & Regression Testing

Conduct automated functional, integration, and regression testing across various modules.

Develop and manage test data to execute automated scenarios that validate business workflows.

System Integration & UAT Support

Support end-to-end integration testing across upstream and downstream systems.

Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by providing quality insights and validation.

Defect Management & Reporting

Log, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA or Azure Boards.

Deliver clear QA reports, metrics, and dashboards to communicate test results, coverage, and quality risks.

About You

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

7+ years of hands-on QA experience, including 3+ years focused on automation and system integration in enterprise environments.

Strong command of test automation tools and frameworks.

Proven experience with API testing (e.g., Postman, REST Assured) and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).

Proficient in one or more programming/scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python.

Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Git).

Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
