About the engagement:
Green Light is partnering up with a leading company to engage an experienced Contract Manager to provide specialised post-award contract management services on a contract basis. The successful candidate will work in a high-security environment and must hold an active NV1 Security Clearance.
This role focuses on managing existing contracts, ensuring supplier compliance, and supporting contract performance and risk management across various domains including WHS, sustainability, and Australian Industry Capability (AIC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier self-assessments.
• Delivery of Australian Industry Capability (AIC) obligations.
• Adherence to Work Health and Safety (WHS) regulations.
• Compliance with environmental and ecological sustainability standards.

• Track and document communications between contract parties.
• Monitor contract performance and financials (e.g., payments, securities)
• Record material exchanges between parties.
• Manage contract variations and change proposals.
• Track intellectual property rights and transfers.
• Monitor claims (e.g., warranties, defects, liabilities, etc.)
• Maintain key contract-related records and documentation.

• Develop and implement contract management frameworks, strategies, and/or plans.
• Establish and maintain contract performance metrics and compliance requirements.
• Conduct or support reviews of supplier performance and compliance, including:
• Support or manage the development, implementation, or operation of contract management systems, including tools or processes to:

Requirements:

• Active NV1 Security Clearance (essential – candidates without active clearance will not be considered).
• Proven experience in contract management in a complex, security-sensitive environment.
• Strong knowledge of contract compliance, supplier performance evaluation, and contract risk management.
• Experience with contract management systems and tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
