Cyber Security Engineer x2

I’m currently working with a client who is kicking off two large-scale security uplift programs – Data Protection Foundation and Cloud Security Foundation – and we’re looking for 2x hands-on Cyber Security Engineer to work on each.

This isn’t a BAU role — it’s all about building, implementing, and uplifting security controls from the ground up. If you enjoy rolling up your sleeves, leading implementations, and bringing automation into everything you do, this one is worth a look.

The projects you’ll own

Data Protection Foundation

Rolling out USB device control & Endpoint DLP (Zscaler / Google Workspace)

Implementing website categorisation in blocking mode

Security hardening across Slack & Citrix

Configuring SSL/TLS inspection & client tenant profiles

Cloud Security Foundation

Implementing Attack Surface Management (ASM)

Running system hardening assessments

Deploying a vulnerability prioritisation platform

What we’re after

Project Implementation: Experience delivering end-to-end enterprise security tools/controls.

Automation & DevSecOps: Skilled in Python/Bash, and automating deployments through Azure DevOps CI/CD.

Infrastructure as Code: Strong Terraform experience for security infra/config-as-code.

Data Loss Prevention: Prior experience with DLP across multiple platforms (Zscaler, Google Workspace).

Endpoint & Cloud Security: Hands-on with CrowdStrike Falcon (USB Device Control & ASM modules a plus) and Zscaler Internet/Private Access (bonus if you’ve deployed Endpoint DLP).
