Our client, a Global Mining Company is looking for an experienced Project Scheduler for their Intergrated Risk Management Program for an initial six month contract based in Brisbane CBD with hybrid working conditions.

Key Experience Required:

- Deliver Integrated Risk Management Master Schedule transition from MS Project for the Web to MS Planner, ensuring data integrity in the transition and managing any reporting (PowerBI) integration issues that arise from the transition.
- Work with stream leads to expand the detail in existing schedules, assign resourcing and add dependencies in planner
- Development of an integrated schedule view of key activities, either in PowerBI or in MS Planner Roadmap functionality
- Maintain schedule information in coordination with the rest of the PMO team, including flagging activities and dependencies at risk
- Development of summarised views of the schedule to support program key meetings and executive briefings as required.
