About the role
The Iteration Manager will lead Agile delivery within the Digital & Technology Project Delivery Team, using a hybrid SAFe Agile framework. The role focuses on empowering Agile teams and ensuring incremental delivery across data architecture, integration, and analytics.
Requirements
- Facilitate PI and iteration planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track iteration goals, velocity, and burn-down charts.
- Align priorities with Product Managers, Architects, and Data SMEs.
- Support PI Planning and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
- Report to various stakeholders including PMO and Steering Committees.
- Manage financials, risks, and change requests.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security.
- Deliver features like data ingestion, metadata management, and analytics enablement.
- Proven experience in Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks
- Familiarity with data platforms, ETL pipelines, APIs, and cloud environments
