You will be responsible for validating the integration points between SuccessFactors modules and internal/external systems hosted on Azure, ensuring data accuracy, workflow continuity, and system interoperability. Key tasks / responsibilities

• Validate end-to-end integration scenarios, including data flow, process triggers, and API transactions
• Develop, execute, and maintain integration test cases, test data, and test scripts across SAP SuccessFactors modules and Azure-hosted services
• Coordinate with development, functional, and integration teams to ensure test coverage and issue resolution
• Perform regression and impact testing related to SF configuration changes or Azure platform updates
• Validate integration between SF EC/ECP and systems such as payroll, identity management (e.g., Azure AD), learning management, and reporting platforms
• Track and manage defects using tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, or HP ALM
• Participate in test planning, test estimation, and risk analysis activities
• Ensure all test activities comply with data privacy, security, and audit standards
• Contribute to test automation where applicable, particularly for recurring integration scenarios
• Collaborate with business analysts, integration architects, and SI partners for alignment on technical and functional requirements

Capabilities / Desirable attributes

• Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Payroll, Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning, etc.)
• Knowledge of integration approaches between SF and Azure services (APIs, BTP, middleware, ETL, event-driven integrations).
• Familiarity with Azure components: Logic Apps, Data Factory, API Management, Event Hub, Service Bus.
• Understanding of data transformation and data migration principles.
• Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) for integration and extension.

Up to 4 opportunities are available, initial 12 month contracts. Up to $990 per day excluding superannuation. Hybrid working environment provided with up to 2 days WFH, 3 days in office.
