Bar 1861 is about to make a splash this October long weekend, and we're looking for a driven, experienced Bar Manager to lead the charge from the front. If you’ve got a passion for hospitality, leadership in your blood, and love the energy of opening a new venue, we want to hear from you – immediately.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience managing a bar or hospitality venue

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and stock control

Ability to recruit, train, and inspire a new team

High-level customer service & problem-solving skills

RSA certified and ready to hit the ground running

What You’ll Be Doing:

Overseeing the setup and successful launch of Bar 1861

Leading daily operations from open to close

Managing staff, rosters, and shift performance

Collaborating with owners on drinks menus and promotions

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Creating a fun, welcoming vibe for both staff and guests
