Tier One Recruitment is seeking an Associate Operations Manager to join our client. Based in 📍 St Peters NSW 2044. This is a full-time role that will play a key part in the overall operational running of the NDIS business, with an opportunity to progress to Operational Manager and manage your own SIL 🚀.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Assist the Operations Manager in the day-to-day management of the organisation's operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes are in place

Oversee the implementation of operational strategies and initiatives to drive continuous improvement

Build strong relationships with participants and their families

Learn how to liaise with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities and resolve any operational issues

📑 Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures and best practices
Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required

What We're Looking For

👩‍⚕️ Minimum 2 years of experience in an NDIS role, senior support workers considered

💰 Assist in managing budgets

Strong understanding of NDIS processes, systems and best practices in a healthcare

🧩 Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and analytical skills

🤲 Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels

🎓 Tertiary qualification in NDIS desirable
