About the role

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our thriving coastal medical practices located in Lake Haven and Lake Munmorah, NSW. As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of our practice, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This is a flexible role with the potential to work Full or Part time .

What you'll be doing

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the medical practice, including staff management, scheduling, and resource allocation

Ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and practice policies

Managing the practice's financial functions is not required.

Implementing and maintaining effective systems and processes to streamline practice operations

Serving as a key liaison between the practice, patients, and healthcare providers

Leading and motivating the practice team to deliver exceptional customer service

Identifying and implementing opportunities for practice improvement and growth

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare practice management role

Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including relevant regulations and best practices

Excellent administrative and people management skills

Proven ability to effectively lead and motivate a team

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Familiarity with medical software ( Best Practice and HotDoc) and technology
